Our very first residential project, located in Cimanggis, near Cibubur, West Java.
Named Anas, meaning human, the house was envisioned as a place where meaningful interactions naturally unfold, socially, spiritually, and with the surrounding environment. Designed for a young couple with strong family ties, it serves not only as a home but also as a welcoming gathering place where relationships can grow and memories are shared.
The concept of Rumah Anas about human does not apply only to its name, it is also applied in its concept of form and how we design the house
Inspired by the meaning of Anas—human in Arabic—the architectural form of Rumah Anas is derived from the composition of the human body. The massing is organized into three parts: left, center, and right. The central mass symbolizes the head and torso, serving as both the heart of the home and its architectural focal point. The flanking masses accommodate supporting functions, completing a balanced composition that expresses the project's core concept.
Bring the concept of “covering”, the windows are designed and applied in positions where the residents can have good privacy, yet still manage to have good sight and control to the outside.
