Material used in Raindeer represents well of Jou and Bou principle design in color pattern and use of nature elements especially natural stones

Second floor is made into mezzanine so that the building still feel like one tall building. Light-colored solid wood material is used on the floor and ceiling to make the room brighter and spacious
